CalRTA Solano County – Division 24
Division 24 began in 1954 when Napa and Solano Counties were both included. In 1980, Division 24 was very large and the decision was made to split Napa and Solano Counties with each county having a division. Solano County retained the Division 24 numbering. Solano County is on the I-80 corridor between San Francisco and Sacramento. Our Division encompasses the cities of Vacaville, Vallejo, Fairfield, Dixon, Benicia and a portion of Rio Vista. The Division represents those city school districts, plus Travis Unified School District, Solano County Office of Education and Solano Community College with a membership of 591 members.
